  Ordered through uber eats. Driver delivered all the food but 1 sandwich. Called McDonald's and they said that they will have our sandwich wait for us and that we should come pick it up. We ordered through uber eats for a reason. We were not able to pick up our food. I'm sorry but you failed to put the sandwich in the bag which made the delivery guy not deliver it. I feel like this situation could have been handled a lot better. Especially for a billion dollar corporation. ---edit--- during another visit I ordered the 20 piece nugget with 2 fries and 2 drinks for $9.99. I went 2 days later for the same meal and the lady manager told me they don't offer that anymore and they stopped offering it 1 year ago. Well obviously that was a lie!

  My husband ordered Big Mac Meal at $6.59 on the menu board.
  Manager tried to charge $7.71 for the meal. My husband said I know tax is t that much. She discovered there was a price increase and the board wasn't changed. Said they hadn't got to it yet. Manager refused to change amount, said she didn't know how.
